Soodie and I are in our mid-50′s (that’s the new 40′s right?). We have embarked upon our new internet business due to the fact that we believed that the real estate business was not going to rebound for many years to come. We are continuing with our real estate activities and building our home based business at the same time. We are able to leverage our time due to the systems and marketing strategies that we discovered and are using on a regular basis. Soodie and I are big game anglers so the areas that we had grown to love were, Mexico, Guatemala and Costa Rica due to the migratory habits of these creatures. These are the areas that the big Marlin and Sailfish run. We are as passionate for the preservation of these beautiful creatures as is the sport itself. We will only fish on a “catch and release” basis and use only circle hooks which are less damaging to the fish and they disolve in salt water within a relatively short amount of time. It’s the systems that increase your odds of success with fishing or any business.
